This role will be responsible for

  • Providing overall leadership and strategic direction for the business.
  • Owning full profit-and-loss performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Leading and aligning teams across operations, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, sales, customer support, and administration.
  • Developing and executing business strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Strengthening customer, dealer, channel partner, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Creating organizational alignment around a shared vision and business objectives.
  • Maximizing operational efficiency and return on capital investments.
  • Collaborating with ownership and board members on strategic planning, investments, and business performance.
  • Serving as a visible leader and ambassador within the industry and broader business community.

A qualified candidate will possess the following

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within agribusiness, manufacturing, agricultural retail, animal nutrition, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success with full profit-and-loss responsibility and business leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, improve performance, and create followership.
  • Strong operational, manufacturing, and financial management expertise.
  • Experience building and maintaining high-level customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholder groups and navigate complex business environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Animal Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, humility, accountability, and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within cooperative, member-owned, or agricultural retail organizations.
  • Background in feed, animal nutrition, grain, ingredients, or related agribusiness sectors.
  • Experience working within joint-venture, multi-brand, private-label, or toll-manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformational growth or large-scale change initiatives.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
