Shannon Worrell hails from a 4th-generation cattle ranching family in Mason, Texas. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Development and Leadership, followed by a Master’s degree in Agricultural Education. Shannon began her career as the Marketing Director and Lending Officer at Capital Farm Credit, where she worked for 6 years. She then transitioned to the animal health industry, serving cattle ranchers, feed yards, and the equine sector.

Shannon’s connection with Ag1Source began when she utilized their expertise to build a sales team in a previous role. Impressed by Ag1Source’s integrity and passion for agriculture, Shannon joined the Ag1Source team in 2011 after the company she was working for was acquired.

Married to James for nearly 30 years, the couple has a son, Jarrett. They manage a purebred Hereford ranch and are deeply involved in National and State Hereford events and small town sports.
