Devin Johnson grew up in the close-knit community of Neodesha, Kansas, where his passion for leadership and service was shaped by his family’s deep roots in the town. His grandfather served as mayor, instilling in Devin a commitment to public service, while his parents have owned and operated a successful retail store in Neodesha for over 40 years, exemplifying entrepreneurship and dedication to the local community. Devin began his professional journey in retail management at G&W Foods before transitioning to the financial sector, where he most recently served as Vice President at the Bank of Commerce. A proud graduate of Pittsburg State University (OAGAAG!), Devin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations and a minor in Marketing, building a strong foundation for his career in business and community leadership.

In 2024, Devin joined Career1Source as a recruiting consultant, leveraging his extensive experience in banking and community engagement. As a recruiter, his focus has been on identifying top talent, fostering meaningful connections, and helping individuals find the right roles to thrive in their careers. Devin is happily married to his wife, Erica. Together, they cherish time spent with their two sons, Tripp and Krew. You can usually find the Johnson family on the baseball diamond or participating in various other youth sports events. In the little spare time they have, he and Erica share a passion for travel and adventure, exploring new places and creating lasting memories together.
