This role will be responsible for

• Developing and managing treasury management and commercial banking products and strategies

• Leading product enhancement, implementation, and go-to-market activities

• Partnering across business units to ensure proper pricing, competitive positioning, and revenue capture

• Serving as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients for product delivery and support

• Acting as the subject matter expert for treasury, commercial, and international banking solutions

Expectations will include

• Driving continuous improvement of products and services through innovation and market awareness

• Supporting relationship managers with complex customer implementations and sales solutions

• Conducting regular product and competitive reviews to identify pricing and service optimization opportunities

• Maintaining accurate documentation, product features, and technical specifications

• Ensuring all initiatives align with risk management and compliance standards

A qualified candidate will possess the following

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, including treasury management or commercial banking

• Proven track record in product development, strategy, or implementation

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Balanced technical and sales aptitude; ability to explain complex solutions clearly

• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification preferred
