Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to join its team in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. This individual will be responsible for developing new commercial relationships, managing an existing loan portfolio, and providing lending solutions to business owners throughout the market. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, enjoys business development, possesses strong credit skills, and values serving their local community.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial lending relationships through proactive business development.
• Manage and grow an existing commercial loan portfolio.
• Analyze borrower financial information and structure commercial, commercial real estate, and consumer loan requests.
• Prepare credit presentations and loan memorandums for approval.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand banking relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to introduce deposit and treasury management services.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collateral, and loan exceptions.
• Participate in loan committee discussions and credit decision-making, as appropriate.
• Stay current on lending regulations and internal credit policies.
• Represent the bank through community involvement and professional networking.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5+ years of commercial lending or related banking experience.
• Strong commercial credit analysis and underwriting skills.
• Demonstrated business development and relationship management.
• Ability to structure commercial lending transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent banking experience.
