Career 1 Source is looking for a Market President to join an exciting and rapidly growing bank in Bartlesville, Oklahoma!

What you will be doing:

• Set and execute the market’s strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals and policies.

• Build, manage, and grow a high-quality commercial loan portfolio; drive profitable production.

• Coach senior lenders/branch leaders; set clear expectations and hold teams accountable.

• Oversee lending activities; tighten handoffs, cycle times, and customer experience.

• Represent the bank with key clients, COIs, and civic/industry groups to expand market share.

A successful candidate for this Market President role will possess the following:

• 10+ years in banking with a strong foundation in commercial lending and team leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (finance, business, economics or related); significant relevant experience may substitute.

• Proven ability to grow a portfolio while maintaining credit quality and regulatory readiness.

• Strong credit analysis and collections familiarity; sound judgment on structure, pricing, and risk.

• High emotional intelligence; clear, candid communication with clients, staff, and executives.

• Market savvy: Bartlesville/Northeast OK knowledge preferred; strong out-of-market leaders will be considered.
