What You’ll Do

• Source, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions from initial outreach through closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition targets through personal networking, industry relationships, brokers, and referral sources.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
• Prepare and present investment memorandums and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors.
• Partner closely with the executive team to help shape the company’s long-term growth strategy.
• Drive strategic business development initiatives that complement the acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with lenders, legal counsel, and other external partners throughout the transaction process.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience with at least 2-3 years in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or principal investing.
• Proven ability to independently lead acquisitions from sourcing through closing.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, including experience presenting to executive leadership, boards, or investors.
• Highly organized, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.
• IT services transaction experience is a plus, but not required.
