Job Description

Director of Early Access & Community Partnerships

Dallas, TX | Private Equity-Backed | High-Growth Healthcare Platform

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed healthcare organization that is transforming how families access early-stage care and developmental services. With significant investment, strong leadership, and a clear growth mandate, this is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up while making a meaningful impact.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and growth—focused on expanding access, accelerating enrollment pathways, and driving earlier engagement with families and community stakeholders.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible, build-and-scale leadership role responsible for developing a go-to-market strategy centered on early identification, community engagement, and partnership-driven growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to create scalable pathways that connect families, providers, and internal teams—ultimately driving both mission impact and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build & Launch a Scalable Growth Model
    • Develop and execute a multi-channel go-to-market strategy targeting early childhood ecosystems
    • Create repeatable playbooks for partnership-driven and direct-to-consumer growth
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships
    • Establish and grow relationships with community organizations, schools, and early childhood providers
    • Structure partnerships that are both mission-aligned and revenue-generating
  • Enhance Access & Enrollment Pathways
    • Design parent-facing journeys from initial concern through evaluation and enrollment
    • Partner with internal teams to optimize conversion, intake, and overall experience
  • Own Performance & Outcomes
    • Build and manage pipeline, partnerships, and key growth metrics
    • Establish KPIs tied to access, enrollment, and overall impact
  • Collaborate Across the Organization
    • Work closely with operations, marketing, clinical, and intake teams to ensure seamless execution
    • Provide market insights to inform future expansion and service offerings

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth leadership
  • Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies in complex environments
  • Experience working with or selling into healthcare, education, or community-based organizations
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of translating strategy into measurable results
  • Passion for mission-driven work paired with a commercial, growth-oriented approach

Why This Role

  • True Build Opportunity – Create and scale a function from the ground up
  • PE-Backed Momentum – Strong capital support with aggressive growth goals
  • High Visibility – Direct impact on strategic growth initiatives
  • Mission + Results – Blend meaningful outcomes with measurable business performance

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building partnerships that drive both impact and scale.

If this sounds interesting—or if someone in your network comes to mind—I’d welcome the conversation.
