 VP – Clinical Outreach

We are partnering with a leading, rapidly growing behavioral healthcare organization to identify a Vice President of Clinical Outreach.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a national field organization of more than 75 professionals and build a more consistent, scalable approach to referral development across multiple brands, markets, and levels of care.

The VP will own outreach strategy, territory design, business planning, field execution, forecasting, and referral-sourced admissions. This leader will also work closely with Admissions and Marketing to improve the full referral-to-admission funnel and drive sustainable census growth.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Significant healthcare business development or clinical outreach leadership
• Experience leading a large, geographically dispersed field organization
• A track record of building territory plans, forecasts, scorecards, and performance standards
• Strong CRM, data, and process discipline
• Strong behavioral health, substance use, or multi-site clinical services experience

The position is remote with travel of up to 50%. Compensation will be highly competitive and include base salary and bonus.
