Ryan Gale grew up in the small town of Great Bend in Central Kansas. After high school he attended Barton County Community college where he received an Associates of Arts degree. He then proceeded to attend Kansas State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. After graduation he started his career as a Crop Consultant for Collingwood Grain/ ADM in SW Kansas. Then taking an Agronomy Sales position, he relocated to Central Kansas and covered a large geography focusing on fertilizer, chemical and seed sales.

In 2007 Ryan joined Ag1Source focusing on territory from Texas to Nebraska. Ryan has been a partner with Ag 1 Source since 2009 and continues to focus on executive recruiting for the agricultural industry.

Ryan and his family currently live in Hesston, Kansas where the corporate headquarters reside for Ag1Source/Career1Source. Ryan has 2 children that keep him super busy all year round with activities. He also has a family farm where they have wheat, corn and soybeans. He loves being outside.
