Rebecca Arkfeld grew up on the edge of the Flint Hills of Kansas in Maple Hill, Kansas on an Angus and Simmental cow/calf operation. She graduated from Fort Scott Community College where she was on the Livestock Judging team. She then went to Kanas State University and received her Bachelors in 2013 in Family Studies and Human Resources

Prior to Ag1Source, for almost 5 years Rebecca worked for Advisors Excel with some of the top independent financial advisors across the country where she specialized in annuity financial products. Rebecca wanted to get back to the ag industry and took a role with LivestockDirect where she worked with seedstock producers to print their bull sale marketing catalogs. Rebecca joined Ag1Source in 2021 as a Project Manager and was promoted to a Sourcing Recruiter in 2023. She currently covers North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota specializing in Agronomy roles. In 2024 Rebecca earned the Leader of the Year Award and received a Growth Champion Award. She became a Partner in 2024 as well. She is passionate about finding the right fit for good people and clients in the agriculture industry to achieve long term success.

Rebecca resides close to where she grew up in Kansas, with her husband, Pat, and two kids, Beau and Avery. When the little ones aren’t keeping her busy you will find her working on her family’s ranch, Sunflower Genetics; working on their show pig operation, Arkfeld Genetics; volunteering as a Big for Big Brothers Big Sister; or volunteering with Shawnee County 4H.
