Vice President of Marketing
We are seeking an innovative and mission-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives, elevate brand presence, and drive measurable growth. This senior leadership role will shape the marketing vision across traditional and digital channels while ensuring marketing is embedded in every stage of the customer lifecycle—from awareness and education to engagement and long-term retention.
As a key member of the Growth leadership team, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure marketing drives meaningful outcomes that directly impact business expansion and community engagement.

This role will be responsible for
- Developing and leading a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth across traditional and digital channels
- Defining clear KPIs and performance standards to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
- Aligning marketing efforts with business priorities and expansion goals in collaboration with executive leadership
- Embedding marketing throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from awareness and engagement to long-term advocacy
- Overseeing brand strategy and creative direction to ensure message consistency and market resonance
- Leading the performance marketing and analytics function, optimizing campaigns through data-driven decision-making
- Mentoring and guiding marketing leaders and team members, fostering professional growth and cross-functional alignment
- Managing events, field marketing initiatives, and localized campaigns that strengthen community trust and engagement
- Ensuring marketing ROI and lead attribution are clearly demonstrated through dashboards and reporting frameworks
Expectations will include
- Driving demand generation and lead performance through multi-channel campaigns
- Establishing a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence within the marketing team
- Partnering with Outreach, Revenue Operations, and local market leaders to ensure marketing programs are timely and effective
- Leading brand communications, public relations, and community engagement initiatives
- Leveraging analytics tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to translate data into actionable insights
- Managing multi-million-dollar budgets tied directly to performance outcomes
- Ensuring marketing efforts comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Delivering strategic presentations and recommendations to executive teams and key stakeholders
A qualified candidate will possess the following
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with proven success in demand generation, brand building, and analytics-driven strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing teams across traditional and digital channels in a multi-site or multi-market organization
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, BI platforms)
- Financial acumen with experience developing and managing multi-million-dollar budgets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s or advanced certifications preferred)
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare services, senior care, home health, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with government benefit programs or healthcare-related legislation (a plus)
Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and bonus.

Desired Location: Utah but this role could also be remote for the right candidate as long as they are in the Western or Central time zones.
