Manager of Outreach Benefits Coordinators (SDR)

This role will be responsible for
- Leading and inspiring a high-performance, remote outreach team focused on qualified patient appointment setting
- Designing and refining outreach strategies to increase engagement, conversion rates, and seamless patient transitions
- Ensuring accurate use of CRM systems (HubSpot) for data management, tracking, and performance analytics
- Developing training programs, onboarding processes, and continuous coaching to drive individual and team success
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, field operations, and revenue teams to align strategies and workflows
Expectations will include
- Conducting 1:1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and development planning for team members
- Analyzing key performance metrics and proactively implementing strategies for improvement
- Driving a culture of accountability, optimism, and continuous learning within the team
- Ensuring compliance with all privacy and healthcare regulations during outreach efforts
- Periodic travel for team engagement, training sessions, and events, including occasional evening or weekend participation
A qualified candidate will possess the following
- Minimum of 4 years managing outbound call centers, SDR teams, or appointment-setting functions, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries
- Proven ability to coach and motivate remote teams to exceed performance goals
- Expertise in sales development strategies and outreach best practices
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven performance management
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with experience building high-performing, patient-centric teams
- Bonus: prior experience as an SDR/BDR leader, healthcare or benefits coordination experience, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance
Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and significant bonus potential.

Desired Location: Utah preferred but will consider remote for the right candidate.
