This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of a PE growth story.
What You’ll Do:

- Run the playbook: Manage project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications with precision and urgency.
- Problem-solve on the fly: Tackle integration challenges head-on, ensuring data integrity and smooth rollouts.
- Be the go-to resource: Train, support, and guide business users through system adoption.
- Stay on the move: Travel 10–20% to acquisition sites for orientation, rollouts, and follow-up support.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of ERP implementation experience, with a track record of cross-functional integrations.
- Strong project management skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- A proactive, high-energy mindset—thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
- Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical solutions into business value.
- Working knowledge of finance/accounting processes.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar ERP systems.
- Exposure to private equity, acquisitions, or multi-entity roll-ups.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Make your mark: Own ERP strategy during a pivotal, growth-fueled expansion.
- Fast-track your career: Visibility with senior leadership and private equity partners means accelerated opportunities.
- Shape the future: Play a hands-on role in building scalable systems for a company on track to $200M+ and 500k customers by 2026.
- Flexibility that works: Hybrid schedule (1–2 days in office) with travel to keep you connected to the action.
- Competitive package: Strong base salary, bonus opportunity, and professional development upside.
