Ag 1 Source is seeking a hands-on CFO/Controller for a growing manufacturing company near Wichita, KS. This organization operates in a contract manufacturing environment while also developing and selling its own branded products. This role will serve as the top financial leader for the business and will be responsible for both strategic financial leadership and day-to-day accounting operations. The company is looking for a versatile, confident professional who can step into a “do a bit of everything” role and help guide the business through its next phase of growth and transition.

This role will be responsible for

• Managing all financial operations including AP, AR, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Overseeing cost accounting and margin analysis within a manufacturing and contract manufacturing environment
• Partnering with leadership to evaluate opportunities, projects, and investments
• Developing trust and credibility with internal teams and external partners
• Working closely with the current CFO during transition to learn and improve the existing financial systems and software
• Improving financial visibility, controls, and reporting processes
• Supporting operational decision-making by translating financial data into actionable insights
