This role will be responsible for

• Serving as a core member of the executive leadership team
• Setting financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and vision
• Overseeing financial performance, reporting, and compliance
• Partnering with the Board and leadership on opportunities for growth and improvement
• Managing and developing a high-performing financial team

Expectations will include

• Monitoring and guiding organizational financial health
• Presenting financial reports and insights to leadership and the Board
• Evaluating current service lines and exploring new opportunities for expansion
• Driving efficiencies and financial accountability across departments
• Building strong cross-functional relationships to support organizational success

A qualified candidate will possess the following

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business (Master’s or CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years in financial leadership roles with budgets over $10M
• Proven ability to evaluate service lines and assess new financial opportunities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a complex organization

Compensation: Compensation is strong and based on skills and experience. It does include a base salary, bonus and a very generous PTO policy.
