What you will be doing:

• Grow agronomy location market share by aligning closely with the needs of local producers.
• Lead inventory management
• Supervise and develop a great team of 10 people

A successful candidate for this Agronomy Location Manager role will possess the following:

• Strong background in crop inputs: seed, chemical, fertilizer
• Solid inventory management skills: including product forecasting and logistics coordination through the location.
• Experience leading a team,
• Ability to work cross-functionally to support agronomy delivery, logistics, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Competitive salary starting around $90-120K.
