Seed Operations Specialist – Kansas
A well-established and rapidly growing Kansas ag retail seed company is seeking a Seed Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day seed operations at its facility. This is a newer position driven by the company’s continued growth and increasing volume. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a hands-on environment and take pride in producing high-quality seed while contributing to a collaborative team.

What you will be doing
- Manage daily seed operations, including receiving, treating and logistics of seed.
- Operate and oversee seed handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate operational records.
- Coordinate seasonal workflows to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the operations team to improve efficiency and maintain a safe work environment.
A successful candidate will possess
- Experience working with seed, including corn, soybeans, sorghum, alfalfa, forages, and wheat.
- Seed or grain operations experience with a solid understanding of production processes.
- A hands-on work ethic with the ability to lead by example.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal agricultural environment.
