This role will be responsible for
- Partnering with the current Production Manager to oversee daily operations and long-term production planning
- Leading and motivating production teams to achieve quality and efficiency goals
- Managing plant production schedules, ensuring optimal growth and timely order fulfillment
- Coordinating resources and workflow to meet customer and organizational needs
- Developing strategies for innovation and process improvement in plant production

A qualified candidate will possess the following
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or a closely related field
- A minimum of 5 years of professional production and management experience
