This role will be responsible for

  • Partnering with the current Production Manager to oversee daily operations and long-term production planning
  • Leading and motivating production teams to achieve quality and efficiency goals
  • Managing plant production schedules, ensuring optimal growth and timely order fulfillment
  • Coordinating resources and workflow to meet customer and organizational needs
  • Developing strategies for innovation and process improvement in plant production

A qualified candidate will possess the following

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional production and management experience

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt and remain solution-oriented
