What you will be doing:

• Managing a team of Operational Directors across the state of North Carolina who have day-to-day oversight of the clinics within their territory.
• Assisting those Directors in assuring that the existing locations are functioning smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance, while also helping new clinics get up and running as quickly and effectively as possible.
• Helping build, monitor, and evaluate KPIs and metrics to drive performance.
• Serving as a key part of the leadership team and providing input on how to maintain and improve exceptional service and performance levels across multiple sites and multiple states.
• Attracting and retaining top operational talent.

A successful candidate for this Vice President of Operations will possess the following:

• A minimum of 5 years of strong operational leadership experience in a VP or Regional Director setting (minimum 10 locations).
• Experience with process and quality improvement across multiple sites and multiple regions / states.
• A passion for data and the ability to create and use reporting tools to drive performance and success.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for growth.
• Outstanding communication and relational skills and the ability to attract and retain top talent.
• A willingness to be a key part of the leadership team and the ability to proactively contribute to the growth of the organization.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to be creative and adaptable in an ever-changing, ever-growing company.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation will be made of a base salary and bonus. The range for the base salary will be somewhere between $140k and $170k annually and will be dependent upon the skills and experience of the individual candidate.

Desired Location: The VP of Operations will be located in North Carolina. It will be a work-from-home position but there will be an expectation for you to be in the offices you are responsible for frequently.
