This role will be responsible for
- Aligning HR strategy with business goals in partnership with the executive team
- Overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Leading efforts to build an engaging workplace culture
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and mitigating workplace risks
- Designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Driving organizational development, change management, and leadership training

Expectations will include
- Acting as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and organizational design
- Promoting employee engagement through retention, recognition, and development programs

- Implementing systems and processes that scale with the organization
- Mentoring HR staff to ensure alignment with strategic goals and personal growth
- Delivering data-driven insights and decisions via HRIS tools and analytics
A qualified candidate will possess the following
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is highly desirable
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including strategic and DEI-focused roles
- Demonstrated success leading cultural initiatives and managing organizational change
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Strategic thinker with analytical acumen and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and a data-informed approach to decision-making
Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and bonus.
