Vegetable Crop Farm Manager

Ag 1 Source is looking for a Vegetable Crop Farm Manager in Central Arkansas.

What you will be doing:

• Working with the owner of the company to plan out and then execute the farm plan for the year.
• Planting, harvesting and supervising the farm labor.
• Working closely with the customers to ensure product is delivered in a timely manner and of the correct quality.
• Working with the agronomist and food safety team members to ensure the bet crop is grown.
• Manage the budget and work with vendors on products and inputs needed on the farm.

Compensation: Will greatly depend on experience but targeting $45-$60K base range with performance bonus opportunities.
