This role will be responsible for

  • Selling a portfolio of trusted animal health products (poultry) directly to customers and through approved dealers within the assigned territory
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers to foster long-term loyalty
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and territory prospecting
  • Delivering engaging, hands-on product demonstrations and solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create strategic growth plans
  • Driving consistent revenue growth aligned with sales goals and territory objectives

Expectations will include

  • Making regular in-person and virtual sales calls to maintain customer relationships and maximize opportunities
  • Problem-solving customer issues efficiently while providing excellent service and follow-up
  • Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying ways to stay ahead of customer needs
  • Managing customer orders, returns, and account support with professionalism and accuracy
  • Negotiating effectively in diverse situations to close deals and resolve concerns
  • Proactively contributing to the success of the broader sales team and company initiatives

A qualified candidate will possess the following

  • 2+ years of experience in poultry feed sales, nutrition, or production
  • An Associate degree is preferred, though not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • A proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a field-based role
  • A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude and ability to thrive in a performance-focused environment
  • Familiarity with animal health products (poultry) or related industries is a plus

Compensation: $100k + DOE

Benefits: Full
