Swine Nutritionist – Great Lakes Area

What you will be doing:

Our client is looking for a solid Swine Nutritionist – Formulations – R&D Service – Sales Tech Support Professional to be responsible for sales force support, new product development, and producer/product tech support activities. This position will be vital in the development of new products and the entire swine nutrition team. This professional company representative will work within the swine industry R&D, Formulations and launching new products into the market space This company offers a competitive, quality product line-up, and provides a high level of service to their customers. This is a value-added product type company, not a price sheet sales company.

Qualified candidates for the Swine Nutritionist role must meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience and strong swine operations management understanding
• PhD in Animal Science with strong swine nutrition background and history
• Proven ability to build relationships, support sales staff of “value added” and assist in achieving sales/margin goals
• Complete knowledge of formulation programs, previous R&D experience and new product development
• Feed/nutrition/commodities experience within the swine industry
