Senior Risk Leadership Opportunity

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced CPA and audit professional that has financial institution experience that would like to become an organizational risk leader for one of Oklahoma’s most respected financial institutions!

What you will be doing:

• Assist with developing, implementing, and administering all risk management programs.
• Prepare executive summaries for all of the risk management reports.
• Manage the corporate insurance program, company vehicle, and document retention program.
• Review and manage continuous improvement initiatives around internal controls and risk management systems and processes.
• Review internal and external financial reports.
• Assist with compliance with SEC accounting and reporting requirements.

A successful candidate for this Senior Risk Leadership opportunity will possess the following:

• A CPA certification with 10+ years of experience
• Experience working with financial institutions
• Strong knowledge and experience with processes and internal controls
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong emotional intelligence
