This role will be responsible for:

• Managing a large commercial loan portfolio and ensuring asset quality.
• Originating new loans and business deposit products while cross-selling Treasury Management services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients to drive growth and profitability.
• Conducting financial analysis to structure and negotiate complex lending solutions.
• Serving as a trusted advisor by identifying and referring clients to additional financial services, including Wealth Management.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.
• 8-15 years of commercial lending and relationship management experience.
• Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A deep understanding of business and personal deposit products, Treasury Management services, and SBA lending requirements.
