Seed DSM – South Dakota

Ag 1 Source is looking for a Seed DSM to cover a multi-county area in central South Dakota. This will include geography from Pierre East to Brookings, South of Hwy 212, and north of 94. Our client is a growing company that has a unique product offering dealers will want in their portfolio! This company is building sales in this region, and you’ll be working for a manager that is very respected in the seed industry. Additionally, this is an existing territory with a great dealer network that has provided a consistently high incentive to the DSM in this region. What you will be doing:

• Recruit new dealers that are looking for better brand opportunities
• Make farm calls as needed to promote your brand at the farmgate

A successful candidate for the Seed District Sales Manager role will possess the following:

• You must be a self-starter for this role and possess a hunter attitude
• You must demonstrate a passion for seed
• No micro-management…you must be able to work independently

Compensation: This company pays a strong base salary plus a bonus that has exceeded $24,000 in the past few seasons!
