Sales Representative – Georgia

Our client is a leading vegetable seed distributor, and we are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to cover their Georgia territory. This role will focus on selling direct to those growing fruit and vegetable crops from seed throughout Georgia, but especially the Southern half of Georgia and the Vidalia area onion market is also a market they will need coverage of, so someone who has some knowledge of onion production as well would be excellent.

What will you do in this role?

• Your focus will be on developing relationships and growing sales to produce growers in the Georgia
• You will manage all sales related functions in the territory and product development
• You will work closely and report to the Southern Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve these objectives
• You will develop detailed trials in the territory and follow up with data collection
• You will identify and meet with growers for new business opportunities
• You will assist in events in the territory, from trade shows to field days

Compensation: Will depend on experience, but targeting $55K – $100K base, depending on network. Incentive bonus as on top of base pay.

Location: Targeting Southern Georgia, with a preference to South Central or South Western Georgia.
