Ag 1 Source is in search of a Sales Manager/Chief Operations Manager for an established and growing specialty fertilizer and biological company located in Texas.

What you will be doing:

• Serve as the senior leader overseeing all inside/outside sales and sales management operations.
• Direct and develop Area Managers across the US and add additional territories, ensuring alignment and performance.
• Establish and grow strategic sales channels through a national dealer network.
• Implement structure and systems that support scalability and long-term market penetration.
• Support business operations and logistics as they relate to sales growth and client service expansion.

A successful candidate for this Sales Manager/Operations Manager role will possess the following:

• Proven leadership experience in agricultural sales and/or operations with a strong industry network.
• Experience managing multi-location teams and scaling sales infrastructure across regions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to grow territory development and partner engagement nationwide.
• Knowledge of dealer networks, distribution structures, and ag retail dynamics.
• Strong business acumen and ability to bridge the gap between sales execution and operational efficiency.

Compensation: Base salary of $150,000–$200,000+, commensurate with experience and value brought to the organization.
