Sales Manager

A leading Livestock Industry Equipment company is searching for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to manage and expand the current sales penetration in the US Beef industry.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs for the organization
• Direct the sales planning for the organization and oversee the accountability for those plans
• Assist your team in recruiting high quality dealers/retailers, while enabling existing dealers to be more successful
• Work closely with the product development and production teams to meet both current and future customer needs

A successful candidate for this Sales Manager position will possess the following:

• Proven experience in leading grower-focused projects and teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create and implement effective sales planning and forecasting
• Experience in creating successful marketing and sales strategies
