Regional Sales Representative – Indiana and Southern IL
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join a dynamic and growing company covering Ohio and Michigan. This role has a diverse product line that will allow you various products to leverage in different situations that can work for ag retailers. There is established business in this area, so this is not starting a territory from scratch but stepping into a good situation where you will focus on maintaining the current business and finding avenues to continue to grow. We are seeking a deeply experienced individual for this territory who has a proven track record of sales success working with ag retailers and has no issue working with the nationals.

What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide agronomic solutions and recommendations to maximize crop nutrition and farm profitability.
- Build and execute strategic prospecting plans to increase sales with dealers and forecast future growth.
- Support dealers in creating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance market share.
- Achieve revenue, market share, and product mix targets through consultative sales and customer service.
A successful candidate for this Agriculture Sales Representative will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong agronomic knowledge with expertise in crop nutrition and farm management practices.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of developing new accounts and growing business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to meet sales objectives.
- You must be comfortable working with farmers, retailers and distributors.
Compensation: Base salary ranging from $110,00 to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Desired Location: Candidates must reside within the territory Indiana or Illinois south of I-70.
