Regional Sales Manager

High profile branded beef company is looking for its next superstar sales representative!

• Work with foodservice customers and various distributor sales force to gain acceptance and distribution of all items with individual restaurants and restaurant groups
• Travel the area to educate distributor and restaurant personnel about the product line and develop rapport with key distributor and restaurant personnel

What you will be doing:

• Must develop and grow profitable foodservice volume with foodservice customers and distributors
• Individual will interface with foodservice distributor personnel to present the Branded Beef product line and brand strategies
• You would be responsible for coordinating the selling and promotional activities for the sale of products with distributors and potential end user accounts
• Activities will include making presentations regarding products and brand strategies, conveying the pricing and promotion of all products, obtaining and processing customer orders, tracking customer orders, collection of outstanding customer funds, providing education and training for distributor and restaurant personnel, participation in approved customer events , participation in approved local, regional, or national trade shows
• Participation in seminars or programs to provide feedback to management regarding assigned territory responsibilities, provide punctual office reports needed by management, and recommend any ideas that might aid in business development and growth

A successful candidate for this Regional Sales Manager will possess the following:

• BS or higher degree in Business Administration, Agri-Business, Agri-Economics, Meat Science, Animal Science, or Food Science
• Minimum of 3 years of beef or protein supply chain experience
• Excellent people skills and ability to communicate

Compensation: DOR, Base $85,000 plus excellent commissions and bonus plans

Benefits: Full benefits package and travel
