Career 1 Source is seeking an experienced banking professional to lead multiple branch locations as Regional Retail Manager for a top regional bank in the Oklahoma City metro. This is a key leadership position focused on driving branch performance, supporting branch managers, and ensuring consistent customer service.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and coach branch managers to meet performance and service goals.
• Monitor branch operations and staffing needs.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Address escalated issues from customers and employees.
• Identify business development opportunities and represent the bank locally.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic goals.

A successful candidate for this Regional Retail Manager role will possess the following:

• 5+ years of banking experience, preferably in branch or retail leadership.
• Proven success managing multiple branches or locations.
• Strong business acumen and a leadership style focused on coaching and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or Marketing).
• Registered or eligible for Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Willing to travel within the Oklahoma City metro regularly and to Wichita corporate office occasionally.
