What you will be doing:
- Leading and coaching Practice Managers to elevate team performance and morale.
- Ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across multiple dental practices.
- Driving financial success by managing overhead, maximizing revenue, and improving key financial indicators.
- Supporting marketing strategies, patient growth initiatives, and referral programs.
- Translating strategic goals into daily execution plans at the practice level.
A successful candidate for this Regional Operations Leader role will possess the following:
- Conducting regular site visits and performance reviews to monitor success and identify improvements.
- Holding Practice Managers accountable for scheduling optimization, SOP compliance, and Denticon utilization.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Integration teams.
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and consistent training efforts to ensure fully staffed practices.
- Fostering a patient-first culture that emphasizes high-quality care and memorable experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of multi-site leadership experience in dental operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams to meet and exceed operational and financial goals.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems (Denticon preferred).
- Flexibility to travel (~75%) and work extended hours during peak periods.
Compensation: Compensation will be based on skills and experience and will include a base salary and bonus. All-in compensation will range between $110,000 and $140,000 annually.
