Regional Agronomist – South Dakota

Ag 1 Source is seeking a Regional Agronomist to support and develop a growing team of District Sales Managers and seed dealers across South Dakota for an innovative seed and biologicals company. What you’ll be doing:

• Providing trusted, on-the-ground technical agronomic support to sales teams and dealers.
• Mentoring and coaching District Sales Managers to elevate their performance and confidence in the field.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align products and placement with regional needs.
• Helping define and execute go-to-market strategies across South Dakota.
• Leading conversations with dealers and retailers to strengthen relationships and grow share.
