This Role Will Be Responsible For:

  • Defining and executing the Support Platform’s product strategy, roadmap, and functional requirements.
  • Engaging with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points makes you the subject matter expert (SME).
  • Driving innovation by balancing market needs, technological advancements, and business goals.
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle, including development, launch, and continuous improvements.
  • Leading the adoption of API-first and Offline-first approaches for enhanced platform performance.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Expectations Will Include:

  • Owning the success of the Support Platform, continuously iterating and improving its performance.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, including Agile Scrum-based development teams.
  • Developing and maintaining Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and Software Requirements Documents (SRDs).
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Driving data-driven decision-making, analyzing product performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Supporting go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales and marketing to ensure effective product positioning.
  • Collaborating with customer support teams to enhance service quality and user experience.

A Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, launching and managing complex cloud-based software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of AgTech and support software within the agricultural industry, particularly for Ag Service Providers.
  • Technical expertise in cloud-based infrastructures, GIS, geospatial technologies, and API integrations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a preference for Certified Scrum Masters or Product Owners.
  • Proven ability to balance technical discussions with engineers while focusing on business goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (advanced degrees preferred).

Compensation: This position will pay a base salary of up to $175,000 based on experience, with the potential for incentives
