North America Sales Manager

Ag 1 Source is looking for a North America- Sales Manager for an Ag Equipment manufacturer.

What you will be doing:

• Support, enable and drive Ag Field Sales Teams in efficient sales processes
• Optimize current sales processes by implementing consistent and repeatable systems
• Use data to drive the JCB business strategy for sales in the agriculture sector
• Implement best practices to guide training and technology to deliver results
• Provide strategic insight for the AG Field Sales Team to achieve growth
• Evaluate and identify training and development needs for AG Field Sales Team
• Analysis of performance metrics
• Assessment and adoption of sales methodologies
• Sales territory assignment and growth forecasting
• Go-to-market strategy and planning

A successful candidate for this Sales Manager position will possess the following:

• 5+ years outside sales experience
• BA/BS in Business or similar
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and business development
• Proven success in analyzing and forecasting trends
• Strong relationship management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; written, verbal and listening
• Ability to effectively manage and maintain peer and business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust

Compensation: Base salary $150-170, 000 plus bonus
