This role will be responsible for:

• Leading the talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels of the organization
• Collaborating closely with the Vice President and leadership team to understand hiring needs
• Utilizing HRIS and recruiting technology to streamline and enhance the recruitment process
• Managing relationships with external recruiting firms and ensuring quality candidate sourcing
• Driving employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice
• Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding

Expectations will include:

• Developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with company goals
• Presenting talent acquisition plans and results to senior leadership, including the Vice President and CHRO
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the organization
• Continuously improving recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 5 years of experience in the human resources field, with a focus on recruiting or executive search
• Experience in private equity environments is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and HRIS/recruiting technology
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with the team
