This role will be responsible for:

  • Leading a specialized team of Talent Acquisition Specialists focused on recruiting BCBAs.
  • Developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to address challenges in niche markets.
  • Communicating hiring priorities and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting talent acquisition challenges.
  • Collaborating with leadership to evaluate and improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Expectations will include:

  • Setting clear hiring goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing mentorship to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Ensuring job postings are accurate, effective, and aligned with organizational branding.
  • Supporting the team in delivering timely contingent offers and preparing candidates for onboarding.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with organizational growth needs.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, including team leadership in a multi-site healthcare organization.
  • Proficiency with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and implement innovative recruiting practices.

Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary with bonus potential. Total compensation will range from $100k to $130k based on skills and experience.
