This role will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily grain elevator and co-product logistics, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Overseeing the safe and efficient handling, storage, and transportation of materials.
  • Leading and developing a team, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
  • Implementing inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Expectations will include:

  • Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels for raw materials and co-products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Managing facility space, equipment, and resources effectively.
  • Overseeing logistics tracking systems, including Compuweigh and BOL systems.
  • Ensuring timely and cost-effective rail logistics coordination.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or related field (ethanol or agribusiness preferred).
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with grain elevator operations and co-product handling.
  • Proficiency in logistics management systems and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication abilities.

Compensation: $90,000 +

Benefits: Full Benefits + quarterly bonus potential
