Career 1 Source is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to lead our client’s efforts in identifying and attracting top sales talent from the home services industry across the US. This role can be located in Englewood, FL, Denver, CO or Longmont CO and offers the opportunity to partner with one of the best PE groups in the country, the chance to build a TA function from the ground up, and to shape the future of the company as they grow across the United States.

This role will be responsible for:

• Leading the talent acquisition strategy to attract top sales talent across the United States.
• Collaborating closely with the leadership team to define and deliver on the company’s hiring needs.
• Utilizing HRIS and recruiting technology to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
• Driving employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice.
• Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.

Expectations will include:

• Developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Presenting talent acquisition plans and results to senior leadership and the PE Partners.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Continuously improving recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the human resources field, with a focus on sales recruiting or executive search.
• Experience in private equity environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and HRIS/recruiting technology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and bonus. All-in cash compensation could approach six figures.
