We have been given the opportunity to help a great client of ours based in Nashville, TN find an exceptional Director of Operations / Integrations to join their leadership team. This Director of Operations / Integrations position will be responsible for owning all operational functions and strategies across a growing territory and leading a team of high-performing operators located in a variety of states and challenging markets and we are looking for an exceptional servant leader with a deep knowledge of operational leadership and a strong history of driving excellence in operational efficiency, revenue, and team retention in a multi-site healthcare environment.

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing all operational functions and strategies across assigned territories
• Leading and developing a team of high-performing operators
• Managing platform-wide operating metrics, including operations assessment, workflow integrations, dentist and employee transitions, systems and data transformations, personnel assessment and staffing, billing integrations, and process analysis
• Ensuring successful integration of acquisitions, extending consistent business practices across all acquired affiliate practices
• Developing business planning strategies to identify and take advantage of market opportunities while mitigating risks
• Monitoring key performance indicators to achieve company goals
• Leading strategic initiatives related to financial and operational analytics and modeling

A successful candidate for this Director of Operations / Integration role will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Multi-site healthcare experience, preferably in a dental environment
• 5+ years of operating in a high-growth, ideally PE-backed environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with urgency
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation: Compensation will be a combination of salary and bonus. Total compensation for the role will be somewhere between $130 and $150 annually.

Desired Location: Nashville, TN with a willingness to travel 60-70% of the time.
