This Role Will Be Responsible For:

  • Conducting autism diagnostic evaluations using standardized psychological assessments.
  • Providing comprehensive diagnostic reports and treatment recommendations.
  • Offering clinical supervision to staff when appropriate.
  • Assisting with program development, training, and recruitment efforts.
  • Participating in community outreach and education initiatives.
  • Traveling to different clinics as needed to ensure access to quality diagnostic services.

Expectations Will Include:

  • Delivering timely and thorough evaluations based on clinical and scientific evidence.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation for each assessment.
  • Communicating effectively with families from diverse backgrounds to ensure understanding of diagnoses and recommendations.
  • Upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in diagnostic and treatment processes.
  • Adhering to travel requirements, which may range from 10% to 15% depending on clinic needs.

A Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Completion of an APA-accredited doctoral internship.
  • State licensure or eligibility to practice where the organization operates.
  • Experience in pediatric or child psychology, particularly autism assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of psychometrics, psychological testing, and child development.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice.

Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and bonus with total cash compensation approaching $130k annually.
