Diagnosing Psychologist

We are searching for a clinical psychologist who would be interested helping conduct ADOS assessments for a great client of ours in Texas. This person would be part of an interdisciplinary team and would be focused on conducting assessments for kids on the autism spectrum. What you will be doing:

  • Conducts behavior analysis, and designs and monitors behavior modification and skill acquisition plans.
  • Designs and conducts program evaluation studies.
  • Designs and implements special treatment programs as appropriate.
  • Assess patients and provide recommendations for treatments.
  • Conducting routine patient check-ups to assess their health condition and discover possible issues.
  • Reaching an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history.
  • Provide detailed documentation and records of evaluations and treatments.
  • Provide patients with referrals to other therapists, clinics or facilities as needed.
  • Giving appropriate advice for healthy habits and preventative actions to promote overall health.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

A successful candidate for this Diagnosing Psychologist will possess the following:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in psychology.
  • Must be licensed as a psychologist by the State of Texas.
  • Must have previous experience working as a Child Psychologist.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of psychology, psychometrics, and physiological principles; of diagnostic criteria; and of psychological evaluation methods.

Compensation: Compensation for this position will be a combination of base and bonus. The annual base salary will range from $100k to $125k annually with the opportunity for all-in compensation approaching $140k annually.
