Consumer Digital Banking Product Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and user-centric Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and optimization of cutting-edge consumer digital banking experiences. In this role, you’ll shape the future of how customers engage with their finances – from onboarding to everyday transactions to financial wellness – across web and mobile platforms.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the digital banking product roadmap
  • Leading the development, launch, and optimization of new features for mobile and online platforms
  • Conducting user research and analyzing feedback to recommend and drive enhancements
  • Collaborating to ensure intuitive, accessible, and delightful digital experiences
  • Partnering with vendors for quality, timely delivery of solutions
  • Monitoring and acting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Keeping up with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes
  • Serving as the customer advocate in internal product discussions

Expectations will include:

  • Acting as the thought leader and product owner for all consumer digital banking initiatives
  • Working flexible hours when necessary to support product releases during evenings or weekends
  • Ensuring all digital solutions meet regulatory, privacy, and security standards
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously innovating and iterating to provide best-in-class digital banking experiences

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • 2-4 years of product management experience (preferably in fintech or digital banking)
  • Proven success leading mobile-first digital consumer products
  • Strong understanding of core banking functions and money movement (ACH, BillPay, A2A, P2P, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Passion for user experience, product innovation, and financial empowerment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with open banking APIs, digital identity, or embedded finance
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
  • Experience with fraud prevention, authentication, or digital security
  • Familiarity with agile development environments
