Chief Revenue Officer

Ag 1 Source has been engaged by a great, cutting-edge technology, livestock industry client as they are rapidly expanding in both domestic and international sales platforms, to find a Chief Revenue Officer, reporting directly to the CEO. This person will manage and drive revenue growth and capital efficiency for the company, including oversight of all sales teams, marketing platforms, new business partnerships and distributional channels, as well as MUCH more! As part of the Senior Executive team, you help develop and implement both daily/weekly/monthly tactical plans to achieve business objectives and be an integral part of the long term strategic plan process.

What you will be doing:

• Hire, coach, mentor and buildout of the Sales Teams in key markets
• Full P&L responsibility for the Sales division and working closely with COO
• Executive level decision making and reporting to BOD
• Be the LEAD “Face of the Company” at large industry events and tradeshows, both domestic and globally
• Forecasting, budgeting, business plans, and new business opportunity analysis

A successful candidate for this Chief Revenue Officer will possess the following:

• BS degree with MBA preferred in Livestock Ag platform (Animal Science, Ag Business, Ag Econ, Ag Engineering, etc.)
• 15+ years of proven Leadership and Organizational growth performance
• Previous P&L, Sales Team Management, Operational Management, M&A, New Business Development experience
• Industry knowledge, network and professional very positive reputation and rapport
• Ability to be employed in the USA, and travel both domestic and international

Compensation: Very strong base salary package with great variable compensation upside opportunity
