What you will be doing:

  • Organizing and prioritizing critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making.
  • Providing oversight and guidance to projects of high importance.
  • Managing data and metrics of the company’s productivity to the executive team and suggests strategic initiatives to improve workflow and budget management.
  • Determining performance indicators for the company and delivering those metrics to executive leaders.
  • Presenting chief executives and other senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis.
  • Implementing strategic planning processes.
  • Advising and supporting C-suite officers in their daily duties.
  • Assessing the risk, cost and work required for new initiatives or special projects and facilitates and oversees the initiatives/special projects to completion.

A successful candidate for this Chief of Staff position will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, finance or political science, Master’s degree in business administration or related field, highly preferred.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of previous experience working with executive leaders, board of directors and other key organization stakeholders as a key advisor.
  • Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance preferred.
  • Financial modeling experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data in a concise manner, including presentations to board or other outside partners.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with the executive team, providers, and staff members of varying education and experience levels.

Compensation: Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and bonus and will be commensurate with skills and experience. Target all-in compensation is in the $150k – $180k annually.
