This role will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with new and existing clients
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Overseeing territory assignments, performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to team members
  • Collaborating with the entire team to ensure high-quality service

A qualified candidate will possess the following

  • A minimum of two years of successful sales experience, preferably within the agriculture or agronomy industry

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Compensation: This organization provides a competitive salary and incentive package based on experience and annual sales. Targeting a base of $60-$80K, depending on experience with additional incentives.
