What you will be doing:

• As an Agronomy Salesperson, one will be calling on growers on a daily basis to ensure that they are getting the best service available.
• One will also be making recommendations to producers.
• Cold calling on new producers in the territory will be part of this role and make this person successful, however existing customers are key to the successes of the company.
• Working as a team will be key.

A successful candidate for this Agronomy Sales role will need to have these traits:

• Good understanding of crop protection, fertility and seed products.
• Having worked with a variety of different crops will be key for the area, along with organic crops.
• Be either experienced in their career or be a recent graduate.

Compensation: The compensation range for the Agronomy Sales role will depend on experience. For a new graduate they will pay based on experience (internships, etc.). $65-90K plus bonus/ commission.
