  • Gain long-term leadership opportunities in a supportive culture.

What you will be doing:

  • Grow agronomy market share by aligning offerings closely with the needs of local producers.
  • Oversee procurement and vendor relationships for chemicals (including program negotiation), fertilizer, and seed (corn and soybean from most major brands).
  • Manage margins, gross margins, and overall year-end profitability across agronomy inputs.

  • Solid inventory management skills — including product forecasting and logistics coordination.
  • Experience leading a team, including regional agronomy salespeople and supporting location managers.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to support agronomy delivery, logistics, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Competitive salary starting around $150-180K, commensurate with experience and leadership scope.

Benefits: Comprehensive family health insurance and a full range of outstanding employee benefits.
